1. \u00a0Major Lazer featuring Justin Bieber & M\u00d8 – “Cold Water”<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n It was miles ahead of everyone else last time, so it’s completely unsurprising that\u00a0“Cold Water”\u00a0gets a second week at number one. \u00a0Combined sales and streams\u00a0are actually slightly up. \u00a0It still doesn’t have a proper video, by the way, which means that we haven’t had a number one single with a video since April.<\/p>\n 2. \u00a0Calum Scott – “Dancing On\u00a0My Own”<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Four months out, and still climbing. \u00a0It’d be astonishing if he actually made it to number 1 after this length of time, but\u00a0it’s not impossible – Ed Sheeran’s “Thinking Out Loud” did it in week 19 in 2014.<\/p>\n 13. \u00a0Bastille – “Good Grief”<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n This is proving surprisingly persistent\u00a0as well – it’s still climbing (very, very slowly) after seven weeks on the chart. \u00a0Bastille seem to be a bit of an outlier in 2016,\u00a0as a somewhat-alternative\u00a0act whose records actually stick around and gain momentum.<\/p>\n
